WHAT IS A RITUAL?
A ritual is a grounding habit that is used to anchor yourself into the present moment. By cultivating a ritual practise, it allows you to follow the wisdom of your higher being by taking the time to get out of your headspace and into your heart and ask yourself; how am I truly feeling today, what thoughts are on my mind?
It can be as simple as brewing a tea/coffee and sitting down with your thoughts, undistracted whilst you drink, to a meditation/yoga practise that gets you back to feeling in your body.
WHAT WILL I GET IN MY BOX?
There are 3 main boxes to choose from and each are geared towards different feelings/manifestations. In each box, you will get a cleansing smoke bundle, which helps to clear the energy of your environment before you start the ritual, a crystal to programme your intention into and use as a keepsake for continued use, along with an email of ritual instructions to guide you through the ritual step by step, a link to a piece of meditation music and an affirmation for that ritual.
From there additional items depend on the particular ritual, ranging from a salt bath mix, an intention oil, candles, a herbal bath tea blend or a sacred spray spritz.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
A one off Sacred Ritual box is £25 plus postage.
HOW OFTEN CAN I USE THE RITUAL PER BOX?
The boxes are designed as a one time ritual experience, but you may be able to reuse certain elements, such as the smudge stick or the crystal. The boxes are great as a gift to your self when you need realigning at any time of the month or as a gift to a loved one, who may be going through a time of stress, depression or low energy.
If you choose the subscription service, you will receive a box a month that is designed according to astrological themes for that month and how it effects us as a whole.
